2026 Conference Registration

Each attendee of the conference (excluding Participating Companies and Media) must purchase a CAGNY membership. Cost of membership is $500.00 and runs from November 1 to October 31 and includes attendance at the Conference in February as well as all monthly lunch meetings, which are typically held in New York, featuring companies not present at the Conference. You must be a member of CAGNY to attend the February Conference. There is no Conference Registration Fee.

Meal Policy

In order to facilitate interaction between CAGNY members and presenting company management teams, the meal policy is as follows:

  • Breakfast is open to members and all registered guests.
  • Lunch is open to members only.
  • Dinners are open for members plus one adult guest.

Ad hoc Meetings/Events

To preserve the longstanding open and collegial atmosphere of CAGNY, sell-side or otherwise sponsored alternative meals and events are not permitted during the conference. This applies to both equity and credit analysts. Violations may result in revocation of membership privileges.

Corporate Finance/Investment Bankers

As is longstanding policy to preserve equal access and ensure regulatory compliance, CAGNY events are closed to currently employed Investment Banking or Corporate Finance professionals regardless of current or prior affiliation.

CAGNY Media Policy:

  1. Members of the media may register for the conference by clicking the Registration link below.
  2. Members of the media must wear a name badge at all times.  Badges are provided by Weston & Associates.
  3. Members of the media are permitted in presentations and follow-up Q&A sessions but not permitted in any company office spaces unless explicitly invited by the company or organization.
  4. Executives may not be “rushed” after their presentation.
  5. Members of the media may not ask questions in the general sessions.
  6. Members of the media shall sit in the assigned media area of the general session room.
  7. Members of the media are allowed to enjoy company-sponsored meals, breaks and events. Media is welcome to dine with other attendees.
  8. CAGNY does not have the meeting space to accommodate press interviews within the conference area itself. Members of the media may prearrange and perform interviews from another approved location within the hotel.  All interviews should be restricted to the prearranged area only.   Locations must be approved by Weston.  
  9. Broadcasting from the hotel requires prior written consent from the hotel.  Weston can assist in securing space and seeking consent. 
  10. Photography is allowed during the conference based on the criteria below.  The name of photographers must be shared with Weston prior to the time allowed and specify the dates and times planned.
  11. Companies will be allowed to photograph in their food and beverage function, activation or vending assigned space only.  If a company chooses to photograph attendees, they must post a sign in their space to that effect.

Pet Policy

This policy applies to domesticated pets other than guide or service animals.

Only dogs are allowed at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.  Forty pounds maximum weight (combined weight for a maximum of two dogs per room).

Pets must have all required and be up-to date on all vaccinations.  Pets must not have any communicable illnesses or diseases.

A non-refundable pet fee applies to your stay.

  • $75 Per stay for 1-2  nights.
  • $125 Per stay for 3 or more nights.

By staying with us, Guests agree to pay the Hotel for any necessary cleaning or damage, as determined within the sole discretion of the hotel.

We ask that Pet Owners use the designated pet areas on the grounds around the property and clean up after their pets.

Pets are not permitted in swimming pools, hot spas, at the pool decks, on poolside chaise lounges, inside Hotel restaurants or any Hotel food and beverage areas.

Pets must be kept restrained on a leash or in a pet carrier when outside of the guest room, as there are other animals and/or obstacles in and around the hotel that could harm the pet.

Guests must hang the “Pet Inside” door hanger on the door upon checking-into the room and leave it on the door for the entirety of the stay.

Pet cannot be left unattended in the guest room and must be accompanied by their owner at all times. Should a pet be found in the guest room unattended, the Pet Owner will be contacted and must return to the guest room immediately.

Pets must be caged and/or secured by the Pet Owner, in order for the room to be serviced by any hotel team member (housekeeping, engineering, room service, etc.). Pet Owners are responsible of properly removing and disposing of any dog litter or waste associated with their pet on hotel premises.

Pet Owners must ensure that their pet does not disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other hotel guests. Should the hotel receive any noise complaints regarding the pet, it is at the discretion of the hotel to request to relocate the animal. Pet Owners must comply and may be subject to reimburse any compensation for other guest’s complaints.

Pet Owners agree that the Hotel retains the right to exclude their pet if in the Hotel’s sole discretion the pet is considered dangerous by reason of size, disposition or is likely to frighten or harm other guests.

The Pet Owner agrees to release, defend, and indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, Hilton Worldwide, and Park Hotels & Resorts and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Hotel Entities”) any and all alleged or actual losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) suffered by the Hotel Entities or asserted by any other hotel guest, invitee employee or person arising out of or in connection with my pet’s stay at the Hotel.

Important Information:

The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek will charge a deposit of one night room, resort fee and tax on or after January 15, 2026. Deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if a room is cancelled up to five (5) days in advance of the event date.  Hotel No Shows will be Charged One Night Room, Resort Fee, and Tax.  Departure dates changed at the Hotel after check-in will result in a charge to be determined by the hotel.

Confirmations will come directly from the hotel to the primary e-mail address provided by attendee in late January.

Disney Theme Parks

As a guest staying at an official Walt Disney World hotel, you are able to enjoy more fun with 30-minute early entry to any Walt Disney World Theme Park. During the early entry period, select attractions, merchandise and food and beverage locations will be operating.

Before you go please know that:

  • Resort IDs are required.
  • Guests without the Park Hopper Option or Park Hopper Plus Option must spend the day at the same park where they’d like to enjoy the Early Theme Park Entry benefit.

How much are CAGNY membership dues?

CAGNY membership dues are $500. Where will the Shipping Station be located for the Conference?

The CAGNY Shipping Station will be located at the Fedex Kinkos Office on the Ground Level of the Signia Conference Center and on the Lobby Level in the North Foyer of the Signia Conference Center. Shipping stations operate Wednesday through Friday from 6AM to 5PM.
