How much are CAGNY membership dues?
CAGNY membership dues are $400. The membership period runs from November 1 to October 31, and includes attendance at the Conference in February as well as all monthly lunch meetings, which are typically held in New York and feature companies not present at the Conference. You must be a member of CAGNY to attend the February Conference. There is no Conference Registration Fee.

Tips for a smooth check-in:
Please click on the CAGNY Virtual Attendee Hub and log in by entering your First Name, Last Name and Email Address (email used for Registration) at least ten minutes prior to the session start time.
A Verification Code will be emailed and/or texted to you within 1 - 2 minutes.
If you do not receive a verification code, click on the “Didn't receive a code? Try again” link. If you do not receive the code after trying again, please email email@example.com for assistance.
All formal presentations and extended member-only video breakouts can be viewed in the CAGNY Virtual Attendee Hub. Access to sessions is available five minutes before the start time of each session by clicking the Join button for the session.Please remember you have to join each presentation session and each video breakout session separately.Member-only video breakouts include Live Q &A. For attendees viewing on Internet Explorer 11, you may experience lags in streaming. To maximize your attendee hub experience we recommend you do not sign in through your company assigned VPN.

How do I join a session?
Sessions will open 5 minutes prior to their start time. If you click on the session title, the ‘Join Session’ button will become readily available at that time.
Can I log into the Hub on my phone?
Absolutely! You can open the link and log in on your phone just as you would from a desktop/laptop.
Where can I find my full agenda?
Your full agenda will appear under the “My Sessions” tab.
All the sessions are in a different time zone, how can I see the sessions in my time zone?
If you go to the All Sessions in the top right-hand corner there is an option to switch the times to View the sessions in your device’s time zone. All session times will update when you select this option.
It’s 5 minutes before start time and the ‘Join Session’ button did not appear. What do I do?
First – we recommend, refreshing your page. If it does not appear once refreshed, try logging out and logging back in or switching to a different browser. The last thing to check would be your device’s time. If you do not have the correct date and time there, go through and correct this. Log back into the Hub and you should be set.
How do I ensure the best video experience?
Just like any livestream, there are things you can do to ensure the best viewing experience. Make sure you have a strong internet connection. It also helps to close non-essential tabs in your browser. If you do experience buffering or your video freezes, reload the session page before contacting the Help Desk.
When I leave the session room, I can no longer hear the speaker.
Your session experience is designed to be immersive. Just like an in-person session, if you leave the room you can’t hear the speaker! If you navigate to another event page, your session will stop. Simply click back into the session to return to the livestream.
How do I submit a question?
The Q&A function will open as soon as the session begins. Once the session begins, click the Q&A tab to the right of the livestream. From there, you should see an option to submit a question. If your question is approved, it will be listed.
How do I make myself visible as an attendee?
Navigate to the “Attendees” tab at the top of the Attendee Hub. You will a message at the top that asks you if you would like to go visible. Select “Go Visible” and other attendees will be able to see your profile.
