2019 Conference Registration

Each attendee of the conference (excluding Participating Companies) must purchase a CAGNY membership through the new CAGNY Membership Portal. Cost of membership is $400.00 and runs from November 1 to October 31. It includes attendance at the Conference in February as well as all monthly lunch meetings. Monthly lunch meetings are typically held in New York, featuring companies not present at the Conference.

Conference Policies

Meal Policy

In order to facilitate interaction between CAGNY members and presenting company management teams, the meal policy is as follows:

  • Breakfast is open to members and all registered guests
  • Lunch is open to members only
  • Dinners are open for members plus one guest

Ad hoc Meetings/Events

To preserve the longstanding open and collegial atmosphere of CAGNY, sell-side or otherwise sponsored alternative meals and events are not permitted during the conference. This applies to both equity and credit analysts. Violations may result in revocation of membership privileges.

Corporate Finance/ Investment Bankers

As is longstanding policy to preserve equal access and ensure regulatory compliance, CAGNY events are closed to currently employed Investment Banking or Corporate Finance professionals regardless of current or prior affiliation.

CAGNY Media Policy:

  1. Members of the media must register for the conference by sending an email to Nancy Williams:
  2. Members of the media must wear a name badge at all times.  Badges are provided by Weston & Associates.
  3. Members of the media are permitted in presentations, but not permitted in the follow-up Q&A room or any breakout rooms.
  4. Executives may not be “rushed” after their presentation.
  5. Members of the media may not ask questions in the general sessions.
  6. Members of the media shall sit in the assigned media area of the general session room.
  7. Members of the media are allowed to enjoy company sponsored meals and breaks, but must take their food to and eat in the media room.
  8. No cameras are allowed in the conference center, Mizner Center, unless explicitly approved by a presenting company.  Such approval must be shared with Weston prior to the time allowed and specify the dates and times approved.
  9. CAGNY does not have the space to accommodate press interviews within the conference center itself. Members of the media may prearrange and perform interviews from another approved location within the Resort.  All interviews should be restricted to the prearranged area only. Locations to be approved by Weston.
  10. Broadcasting from the Resort requires prior written consent from the Resort.  Weston can assist in securing space and seeking consent.

Golf & Tennis

We have organized a Golf outing Monday morning and a round-robin tennis match in the afternoon. Please contact Stephen Powers to reserve a spot for golf and Rob Moskow for tennis.

It is possible to do both in the same day for those who just can’t decide which to choose.

The Boca Raton Resort & Club has a full service Business Center operated by Fedex Kinkos conveniently located in the Cloisters. The hours of operation are 7:00AM to 7:00PM daily.

Airport Transportation


Boca Raton Transportation is the ground transportation provider at the Boca Raton Resort and will be providing airport transfers on a request basis only. CLICK HERE should you wish to make reservations online. If you prefer to contact them in person, please call 561-750-7800 between 7:00 am – 11:00 pm (EST).

Boca Raton Transportation will have a desk located in the CAGNY registration area to assist in making any departure reservations from Wednesday, February 21 through Friday, February 23, 2018. They will attempt to group people together to make it as cost effective as possible. We suggest you contact them in advance as taxis are not readily available from the Resort.
